You can create your own Elephant Lovey in just a few hours. This easy-to-follow pattern includes a PDF file with detailed instructions and pictures explaining how to crochet and assemble all the parts to make your Layla Elephant.

Basic crocheting skills will be needed: chain, single crochet, increase and decrease. The arms and legs are also joined in the round rather than sewn.

Materials You Will Need:
Crochet hook size: 4mm
Chunky Chenille yarn. I like to use Himalaya Dolphin Baby (this yarn is available in my UK etsyshop ) or Hobbii Baby Snuggle is a fab alternative!
Yarn needle
One pair of 12mm safety eyes
Toy Stuffing

The finished Elephant will be around 25cm tall.
